There have been many advances in recruiting technology, much of it focussed on finding and sourcing talent. In today's connected and social world, finding people is no longer that big of a problem.
How do you get them to call you back?
I spent some time with Jon Bryant and got a demo of the InsideConnector. Here is what I found:
A lot of the recruiting tools on the market have a means to contact candidates with emails, InMail, Facebook pokes, or tweets, but the response rates are very low. InsideConnector is a product that enables you to send a very customized and engaging invitation to your prospects that has consistently produced significantly higher response rates (between 40 - 70%).
Check out the video clip and you will see some key features:
- Embedded URL with the candidates name
- Personalized video introduction
- Direct links to apply in the ATS
- Multi-media library
- Creating and cloning campaigns
- Customizing the message to the individual
- Tracking candidate behavior
Essentially this is like creating a private and personal multi media landing page for every candidate with mass customization. This is a unique product and hard to categorize, but I would say it is part CRM and part Social Recruiting.
