At the Fall 2011 EREExpo I had a chance to walk the exhibit floor for product demonstrations. I asked for a demo that would highlight the things that make the product unique. Here is what I learned about SimplyHired:

This is job posting aggregation service where jobs are scraped and indexed from corporate web pages and career sites from all over the web. If you would like your jobs to show on the first page you can become a paid advertiser to give you more exposure.

In addition to having a large database of job listings to attract candidates, SimplyHired has a "Who do I know" feature that allows a jobseeker to tap their linked in network to see if they have any contacts who work for the same company as the job posting.

Another unique aspect of SimplyHired is their exclusive network of sites for targeted job distribution. They say there are more than 10,000 sites available, although I did not take the time to read the whole list.
