Review
When I learned that SmashFly Technologies added a CRM module to their solution it made me realize just how far the Recruitment Marketing Platform category had come along. I recently received a Web-ex demo from the founder Mike Hennessey. Here is what I learned:
There are a three major segments of functionality in the WildFire CRM product. Loading and importing contacts, organizing and managing the data, and initiating marketing campaigns. The features demonstrated in the video include the following:

One feature that is not reviewed in the video that I thought was unique is a mobile solution for adding contact data. You can get a dedicated mobile number (short code for a fee) and have candidates text in their email address. It will load their contact info and then send them back a text message with a link to a mobile form to add additional data. Recruiters can text in candidate's contact info as well, and since we know their mobile number the candidate's record can be linked to the recruiter as well.
This CRM is fully integrated with WildFire's job posting distribution, job marketing, and SEO capabilities. SmashFly Technologies will be looking to add external resume database sourcing in the future.
