Customer-Defined Interview Questions
InterviewIQ provides a comprehensive library of text-based and voice response interview questions to choose from. Or you can create your own question set to meet your specific needs. Many customers choose a combination of the two.
Text-response questions can be included in any InterviewIQ virtual interview to help capture a candidate’s basic qualifications. Questions can be set up to be Yes/No, Multiple Choice or Free Text response. Questions can also be configured as “knockout” questions – candidates answering these questions incorrectly advance no further in the interview process meaning your recruiters never have to spend time on them.
InterviewIQ’s rich web and voice response technology enables you to record questions as if you were asking them to a candidate in a live conversation. Candidate responses are recorded and stored so recruiters can hear the voice of the applicant. These questions can be in a simple “question and answer” format or you can create role-play, scenario-based questions to determine how a candidate might handle specific situations.
Recruiter Evaluation and Scoring
Each candidate interview can be reviewed, evaluated and scored by a recruiter. One of four distinct scoring schemes can be used.
By recording a candidate’s complete interview, you can share the interview with your entire recruiting staff and have them score it. Comparing recruiters’ scores can help ensure that each of your recruiters evaluates each interview using the same guidelines.
Recorded interviews can be shared with other stakeholders for their review. You can share an interview with the hiring manager to prepare them for an in-person interview or share with your client.
Candidates taking an InterviewIQ interview receive visual and audible confirmation that their responses have been successfully recorded. If you wish, you can also have InterviewIQ automatically send e-mail confirmation to your candidates at various points in the process.
Reports and Data Visualization
InterviewIQ features several reporting options designed to provide insight into your candidate pipeline, recruiter performance and completed interview timeline. Furthermore, interview data can be exported for those customers who wish to create their own reports.
The candidate pipeline is summarized in an easy-to-understand dashboard view. Each candidate’s status is displayed and individual candidates can be selected for review or further disposition.
