Description
Interview Types
Tazio give you the ability to create different types of interview, enabling you to use Tazio for a wider range of uses than ever before. Interview types include:
- Video interviews - candidates record their responses to questions using their webcams
- Audio interviews - for candidates without a webcam, they can now do an audio only interview
- Text based interviews - candidates can respond to questions by typing in their answers, select Yes/No or multiple choice questions.
- Hybrid interviews - combination of video or audio and text based questions.
- Random interviews - lets you create an interview which loads a random number of questions you define from different categories. This is great for high profile and graduate employers who don't want candidates to know in advance what questions they are going to be asked.
Variable Thinking & Answer Time
You can set the thinking and answer time candidates get for each question individually. This can be used to replicate the pressure of a face-to-face interview by asking quick fire questions, or alternatively you can ask a candidate to speak for 5 minutes on a subject to assess their presentation skills.
Integrates with social media
Once you've created your new interview, you can now post it directly to your Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or Twitter account including a short message inviting potential candidates to apply for your job.
Interview Branding
You can now create branding templates which allow you to change the branding on an interview by interview basis. This offers complete flexibility for employers with multiply brands and is perfect for recruitment agencies and RPO companies running campaigns on behalf of clients.
Interview Templates
Making it faster and easier to create new interviews, you can create an interview template which saves all your preferred features. For example, you can create an interview template for applications from your website which include CV upload, and Social Media links and then automatically emails the candidate explain what is going to happen next
Email Templates
You can now create HTML email templates for inviting candidates, confirming the next steps, to share an interview or send a 'with regret' message.
Question Library
The new version includes an even better version of the question library, this allows you to save regularly used questions. The new question library let you save and sort questions into categories and sub categories making it even easier to find your questions.
Video Introductions
After the candidate first logs into to the interview they can be played a video introduction to the interview. This is a great way to improve candidate engagement at the outset of the recruitment process.
Video Recorded questions
Recruiters can record themselves asking the questions, this is another fantastic way for candidates to engage with a potential employer. It also allows recruiters to explain in more detail what they are looking for by asking a question
Key Differentiator
Key differentiators include the ability to brand and customise each interview with different colour schemes, logos, and options. Tazio also users to record or upload video introductions for interviews and record video questions so candidates see and hear the recruiter increasing engagement. The ability to combine video, audio and text based questions in one interview allows recruiters to test candidates across a complete range of competencies as well as assessing for 'cultural fit'
